Educator
All our educators work with a professional etiquette and have completed all the required training and qualifications. Our educators hold a current certification for first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis, medical certificate, child protection and public liability insurance.
Safety and compliance are regularly updated and checked in our educator homes by the coordination unit. Our educators are passionate about providing families with piece of mind by providing a safe and secure environment for their children. Educators work with families on catering to their children’s needs. They believe in developing a strong respectful bond with their families.

To become an educator, you will have the opportunity to care for and nurture children from your own home. Our team will provide educators a supporting and encouraging environment. Educators will work in partnerships with families and Kidz Dream coordination unit. Our coordination unit will assist educators in setting up their environments and ensuring they are a safe and stimulating place for children to learn and play.

Educators are also required to attain the following certificates and documents before starting:
> Working with children check
> National police check
> Public liability
> First aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
> Medical certificate
> Diploma in children’s services
